I just noticed the 'scales of justice' next to one of my posts too. It doesn't let U do anything if U click on it, and it doesn't appear on other's posts.Quote:

They have it on homerecording.com which I belong to.
Same layout as this more or less.
Green is good or positive rep ... Something someone likes or is great coment or info..
Red is bad or negativ rep ... Something someone hated in your remark ect.
Scales of justice is were you add neg or pos rep someone.
