Ok you get a No Heat call... There is heat through out the house but one room... the Heating plant is a oil fired hot water hydronic boiler... the heating system is a monoflow loop system... the heating element is hot water baseboard... the home owner bled the baseboard and there is still no heat to the one room... What could be causing it???

Sounds like your control valve (zone valve) is froze shut. Same thing happened to the rents boiler valve. Very common thing.......

A zone valve usually puts out a whole floor but it could be controling one room so your answer could be correct but,,, not likely...
So for all intents and purposes it is not the zone valve but,,, Good answer...
