I always heard not to use Jif and shit because its not really, real peanut butter. I dunno if thats the way to word it but you need peanut butter with alot of FAT. Jif is for more of a family thing thats better for you.

But I may just be outa my mind. Someone else speak up =)

you need organic peanut butter or nutella... organic peanut butter isn't going to be the best looking thing when you first get it, it's going to have a bunch of oil on the top, (DO NOT dump it out) it takes a bit of mixing (took me about 10 minutes to go back to normal) but after that just stick it in your fridge and it'll stay mixed....
