Got Arrested

So I got arrested a while back. I haven't gone to court yet. My lawyer says I will get off with a conditional discharge and will have probation for a year. I was wondering if anyone can tell me how soon after I got to court I will get tested. Like will I have a P.O. within a week to test me or what? I want to try and smoke for as long as possible but without being to risky. So does anyone know how long the whole process usually takes and how often I will most likely be tested? Any info would be great!
