..but smoking herb while sick is fucking working for me

I was feeling like shit most of today, after a 7-hour drive with a bad cold, and after I smoked a bowl of some pungent Trainwreck, my nose is clearing up, my sore throat is gone, and I generally feel much better. And it's not just because I'm high as fuck, though that is certainly contributing to my general state of, well, extreme well-being.

This plant is beyond wonderful.

So to those who haven't, I recommend smoking when you have a minor case of the flu or a cold. It might not be a viable choice for everyone, but it's definitely worth a try.

i got high as fuck yesterday and i am sick - sore throat, fever, the whole deal. i coughed out a lung and a half at first, but after i got high then i felt ok :)

i tried that last week when i had the flu. it helped a bit, but munchies with a god damn sore throat sucks!

I just did that today. It really did work. I felt better, but its over now. Im saving the rest for tommorrow. Ill be home sick alone.

It's works for me. As far as im concerned weed is the cure for the common cold. At the biggining of the year i had a cold and a chest infection, and couldnt be bothered with getting anti-biotics from the doctor so i just smoked up, and within a week, my cold had gone and so had my chest infection [And chest infections dont just go without meds]

And i got a chest infection right now, so what am i doing? Smoking up. It's nearly gone, only been 4 days.

I think it's because THC has anti0biotic properties [which is a proven fact]

haha anti-biotic.....im laughing.....an antibiotic is basically mold. your body has trouble recognizeing the virus....so you put something into your body that it can recognize....such as mold(aka pinacillin, amoxacillin, and other cillins lol) your immune system goes all hardcore on the mold and releases tons of anti bodies that kil lthe mold. and in the process the anti bodies also attack the infection. so basically with viruses like the flu and such your body cannot recognize them so it doesnt release antibodies. but it will recognize the mold and kills the virus along with the mold...get it lol...so now that we all know how anti biotics work. we can see that thc is NOT an antibiotic, because it does not invoke the release of anti bodies. so i would say it has healing properties but not antibiotic ones.

thc does not have antibiotic properteis, but marijuana is known the have a chemical ingredient that does.
smoking while sick is bad, i cut back as much as possible and use a cheapo ebay vaporizer that works great for the $$.
