bahia black head: im a nebie grower need help plzzzzz i start a journal

im awaiting the seeds in th epost
got the lamps today for th veg stage but i don't know how well its gona go???
really dont have a clue
the lights are
cfls-20 watt- but only 2700 k
will this work for starting
i was gona get the hps once its time for the flowering

You'll want 6500k bulbs for vegging, the 2700k will have a tendency to stretch since it is primarily for flowering. 30w or 40w would be FAR better and not that much more heat, power useage, or intial cost.

I'll be interested in how your grow goes as I have had my eye on those seeds from KC Brains too.

a kit consisting of 1 veg light, 1 flowering light and one reflector, only like £70
wat about this???

The setup with the 125w's looks ok but I dont think the single 125w would be enough for good flowering. It might veg ok but I like your first idea of using multiple smaller CFL's for vegging and then going for a 400w hps for flowering. Heat is going to be an issue with the 400w so you will need to do some ventilation planning.

Trust me, you don't want me as a mentor, lol. I am deadly to indoor seedlings....my tendency is to care for them too much and it has taken me a long time and many dead or stunted seedlings later to figure out I don't need to water them everyday or even every other day. There are many many people here who will be happy to share their experience and help you along the way as your grow progresses and your questions come up. Just ask!

The forums are full of grow logs and guides...just start reading some of them and you'll be well prepared.

if i cant wat would the results be of using the cfls 2700k throughout?as this is only my fungrow (waiting for the summer for outside). so if i did use 270ok cfls (4) would iget ANY bud???
