I'm so fucked (and scared) PLEASE READ

yesterday was the worst day of my life.

we drank, we were all fine, except for one of us, who thought it was funny to drink a lot more than expected.

we chilled, that one friend passed out.

he remained passed out for 4 hours at the park. he woke up, started puking.

the rest of us, sober, we took care of him.

he tackled me into mud (it rained earlier), i was dirty and cold and wet.

it was very cold outside.

i couldn't feel my body, i was having trouble breathing, and i HAD to go home, i didn't want to, but i had to, the others agreed to let me go. i went home

today i find out the persons dad picked him up. he was still drunk.

other friends got into so much fucking shit by their parents.

persons dad is threatening other parents. a posible law suit.

all of us drank responsibly. the really fucked person ran with the bottle of hard liquor and drank. his fault, not ours.

i'm scared shitless. don't know what to do. please dont say "stick with green" because i know that, but others don't enjoy it.

im fucking scared. i dont want to get caught and possibly with law.

school in 2 days, another possible worse day in my life.

i dont know how drunk person is. i had to leave. i feel really bad for leaving, but i could have gotten hypothermia, again it was really cold outside and i was wet.

fuck, i need advice

A law suit?! Wow, yeah good luck with that it's not your fault he drank you didn't force it on him. You have nothing to be scared about.

I drink all the time, have been drinking since I was 12.. (I don't agree with 12 year olds drinking...)

I don't think you have to worry about getting in trouble except with your parents. Unless you are over the drinking age, you can't be held accountable by the law for just drinking with the guy. There is also no evidence they can charge you. And a lawsuit for a bunch of kids drinking? I doubt it, they're just throwing hot air around.

that is exactly what is bugging me.

i had to leave because of my body condition, but i didn't want to. i begged my friends to make me stay, but i couldn't any longer. my breathing was really loud and my face got "pale" according to friends.

So you were drinking...under age i assume.

if youre all under 21 i think the only person his dad could sue is who ever gave the stuff to you guys to drink

Yea honestly I dont see what he will try and get you for in the law suit.

Its not like he died, went to the emergency room. Unless one of you guys were above 21 to buy the Alcohal the only thing he can do is call the cops on you for an MIP. But now that the Alcohal is out of your system (hopefully) they have no proof that you drank.
