I feel like a 7 yr old jumping into his parents bed in the middle of the night

I just had a scary ass fuck dream and i keep having them like this..

Everytime it happens in freaks me teh fuck out

Last time here is what happened :

I was chillin with two good friends from college when I had notice his head was very large, and i was like "omg guys im tripping sooo harrd"

and then my voice started to echo n shit...and it was a dream right? so it was like mad real and everything was possible..

then my vision was going black n shit, it was crazy...i thought i was dying

ok now THIS TIME (10 minutes ago)

I had a dream that I was fucked up AGAIN

I dont remember much of it...I just remember feeling like everything was distorted and I couldnt see straight....

and in real life my ex gf was visiting me at college today...and in the dream ...i dreamt that my friend nick walked in the room where me and my ex gf and it was like pitch black and i screamed...and it was like i woke up IN THE DREAM....so at this point i thought it was really real.....UNTIL...nicks voice started sounding demonic and he was saying shit like i thought he was fuckin with me.....and my vision went all weird n shit again...and i could barely see him and he was like touching me n shit...also before that part of the dream i was like tripping also....it was like...a dream inside of a dream...but I DIDNT EVEN KNOW THE DREAM IN THE DREAM WAS A DREAM EITHER...until nick came into the room....and i wasnt even tripping in that secondary dream....i was on a car ride at night...and i remember paying attention to vivid detail and thinking about how fucking detailed the mind could see things when not actually having ur eyes open...cuz i knew it was a dream...i dont even fucking know...that part was toward the end of the dream inside a dream...

it was fucking crazy lol

i swear to god it was the freakiest fucking dream ive ever had in my life

shit sucks...i dont wanna go back to sleep

i have ahd exact things like that, for instance:
one time i felt sooo dizzy and druink snd shit and i thought that i was like tripping on acid so hard and must have just forgotten that i ate it earlier.. and my mom was talking to me and i was trying to act normal so taht she wouldnt think that i was trippping out, but i couldnt act normal because my head kept dropping and my whole body was so fucked up feeling. turned out it was all a dream.. but it felt so real.

now this is the really scary part.
The first time one of these happened, i was taking a nap on my couch. when i woke up, i found that i couldnt move a muscle in my body! i couldnt grasp control of my muscles in order to move my body.. but i was fully awake. I couldnt brush off the thought that there was a presence in the room with me, right out of my view but i couldnt turn and look becuase i couldnt move my neck. thats when im sure i had a seizure, or something close to it becuase my back got all arched and my arm was like pushing outward and my whole jaw was clenching down so hard. anyways, after that was over, i could move again. i turned to the spot of where i sensed the presence, but it was gone.

The next time this happened, i woke up with the same problem but it lasted much longer.. i couldnt move for a good 15 minutes (the whole time, the feeling of another presence was gradually building and building until it got to the point i was and still am POSITIVE that it was standing there, right out of my site.) this time though i didnt have the seizure thing. theres been many other instances where that happned to me, where i would wake up hearing demonic voices in my head... and then wouldnt be able to move for 5,10, 15 minutes

ive researched this and i guess its called "sleep paralysis"

pretty fucked up shit and you'll be damned lucky if you never have it happen to you.

That does sound pretty fuckin scary..

I donno if you guys know what Im talkin about but...

did you ever notice that...when you have freaky dreams...its like 100x more freakier than it seems like it'd be in real life..

like the fear in a scary dream is overwelming..

well it was like that...i cant even explain to u how fuckin freaky the shit was man...

I hope I never experience sleep paralysis...sounds like a horrible thing

there is a stage of sleeping that you go through every time you sleep, where you dont move at all. if yo wake up during this stage, you cant move. this is usually associated with night terrors. thats all i know, but im guessing there are some people who know more......maybe.....birdgirl73, we need your help!!

I got a phone call or something that one of my good friends had just been killed, and i went into a full on panic mode because i realised how many things i had wanted to say to her before she died and there was absolutely no way i could bring her back..but the thing is, it was SOOO believable that when i woke up, my pillow was completely covered in tears..and i was still crying when i was awake!
It really messed with my head for a couple days and it was all i could think about. Anywho, i got over it!
NightProwler- i just learnt about sleep paralysis in class (nursing) and we got to watch all these videos of people waking up with sleep paralysis..it was actually quite ammusing watching some of their reactions because often what the individual does makes no sense at all, as if they are drunk.
They conducted some MRI scans and they think it happens because the part of your brain that tells you that you're asleep is still in the 'sleep mode' but the part that controls movement becomes active causing someone to be percieved as awake..they just have no recollection of the events!

I had a dream once that actually depressed me for several weeks because for some reason I believed it would happen...

I dreamt that my gf was downstairs in my basement having sex with my best friend (I loved her at the time I swear) and AllI could hear was her moaning...and it just hurt so bad becasue the two closest people to me were basically breaking my heart. Anyways i went downstairs and slammed my best friends head on the fucking bathtub and basically beat the shit out of him until he died...

but after i woke up from that I couldnt stop thinking about it...I would always look for signs because I thought it was really gonna happen cuz it seemed so real in the dream. I wouldnt want to leave the two of them alone anywhere n shit. It really sucked...everytime Id see the smallest hint of my gf looking like she was hitting on my friend (I was most likely paranoid) I got all pissed n shit at them.

Oh...and that same day afterwards my friend was like "dude ur girl was all up on my leg when she was trying to use my phone"

but she said he was a jackass and basically hated him from that point on after i told her what he said because she was just like "wtf"

Don't jump in your parents bed! Jump in your girlfriends bed!

dreams and tripping have been the only time i have truly been terrified because in both those instances really bad things can seem real

How do you know you're not always dreaming?

In waking life we can explain dreams whereas the opposite does not hold.
