the patriot act is for crimes. the government has denied this from the getgo. it's in section 802 of HR 3162, passed after 9/11, in response to the military industrial complex's attack of NYC and the pentagon.


the borders are wide open, but we can send people to go to small toy stores in the middle of nowhere?

no judge, no jury, no due process, no constitution, in the name of protecting the homeland.

destroying the constitution destroys the homeland people! this is soviet russia or nazi germany. this is tyranny.
