Leaving it over night/24 hours wil help to dissipate the chlorine in the water and in some cases will take the PH down a couple points. Still IMO you would want to take the PH down because if you are growing in hydro you could sit it out for a year and it wont get down between 5.3 to 5.8, which are optimal PH levels for hydro. The PPM is good if it is that low, but you will want to add some Cal Mag to add back some of the possible micro nutrients. That is a good PPM level IMO, some peoples is over 300.

thanks bluebear for ur reply.. instead of cal mag can i use epson salt?
epson salt will help in the way of mag, but the CalMag still has numerous amounts of other micronutriants that the epson salt can't bring to the table.

Also, I am not saying that the CalMag will make or break your grow, it will just help more than some other addatives that may sound better. IMO CalMag is an assintial with RO water or water with a low PPM from what I have learned.

i boil it
