some strains are more forgiving than others, and will root without it ... BUT, it's cheap stuff, why would you want to take chances, and lessen your odds ? ... :smokin:

i think i have read you can use molasses to clone, but i have never tried it
OK, I figure your a very broke kid, and I'm going to teach you how to MAKE a rooting hormone solution! It's an old hippie trick! Go find a willow tree, cut some thin branches- just enough to make a small bouquet. Cut the twigs into one inch chunks. Pack the chunks into a glass jar, you want as little air space as possible. Add water, let it sit over night. Pour the water into a jar, toss the willow. The water is now a rooting hormone solution. Put your cuttings in it and change it every other day to avoid bacterial growths. Willow roots so easily because it is natually full of rooting hormones.
well thanx for the advice....but i just bought some
you can make a diy bubble cloner for under 10 bucks and you will never need rooting hormones again...just h2o and air, it doesn't get any easier...or faster!
hey justaseed, i made your same DIY bubble cloner from your grow report a long time ago, worked out great.......was wondering if you have any grows going on indoors yet and how well did your outdoor grow go?
