Any other poor sons-of-bitches here on probation? I am and it blows. I cannot wait until I get my (1) drug test and am off it.

My friend was on probation and tested positive once. All they will do is act like they are going to send you to jail, and then ask your parents what do they think would be the best thing to do. But hey, thats just him you could fuck up and get a real dick. My advice would be not to smoke, but if you are be careful.

But this is a special kind of probation called a 'Conditional discharge' and my lawyer said that if I fail my one random within a year i get more fines and go back to court.

Best off staying clean and laying low, time will go by and then you can have fun again. I got a dwi while on probation and court ordered not to drink. I got another chance. I was on high status and really had to watch it. My po retired, then I got a young chick for 3 months then they transfered me to another county due to too many people. Now my status is back down and I'm free in a month. yyaaaaaaa

im going to be on probation in a month or so. its only unsupervised probation so i only have to call my probation officer.
