what it means if on your profile it says you have referals?
if someone new joins the site and says you told them about it you get a referall..

a nuvver q. what do those green squares below the country flag mean?
it is a "meter of how many people give you reputation points so i hear(the little scale by the post number is how you give rep points(so i have heard)it is new though so i am not possitive
