phenom.... early harvest?

Hello. I have a difficult moral decision to make. I have 8 ladies under a 430 on a light mover. I have a phenom plant that is 8-10 inches taller than my other ladies (which are all about the same height.) I should mention that i have 4 White Widow and 4 Northern Lights (the phenom is a white widow.) Now, the big question is.... should i top (harvest) the top of my phenom and lower the light closer to my other babies.... or should I just leave them be until they all finish. Any opinions are welcome.
