From Soil To hydro

Hey guys im gonna move a 3 week old seedling into hydro from soil, these plants are standing at least a foot high with 5-6 sets of leaf nodes, whats the best way without stressing it too much plus i dont want to much earthy water being pumped round my nft system. Any tips would be most appreciated, i will supply pics of the grow once things are under way.

just placed it in rockwool cube 4". and coverd with hydroton pebbles in 11Ltr pots.

Thanks m8, nice grow by the way . How long does it take before you can put a rooted clone in hydro .

cheers man.. I put these clones straight under. they where 2 weeks rooted
