International Waters.

Well if we use the idea of getting our own boat and just sailing the seas with pot.. wont the us coast guard be waiting in usa water while we drift in international and talking to us with a megaphone " Hey, Come over here for a second.. We want to party "...we go over and they beat us down? or whould they just wait till we cross and blow our boat to hell?

Kinda weird...or we can get this giant sci fi ship with super turbo rocket boosters and when the coast guard show up be like " Hey, You.. ya backwards country... shut the fuck up... we gonna shoot you.. we gonna shoot you if you dont shut the fuck up..." and we are all like.. bitch i dare you.. and we nuke them killing ourselfs in the process..

there is no america or coast guard on the sea of pot ..

Maritime laws would still apply, although im not sure if it says anything about "drug" use.
