this is a pretty lazy question...read 5 posts and you will probably find some seed companys that are recomended.
i will still answer(sort of) though due to the fact that i am in illinois also.i sent cash regular mail to seed boutique and had my seeds in about 10 days
I HIGHLY recommend Hemp Depot ... and I also recommend their 'Joey Weed' strains, just read their ordering instructions, go to any post office, and purchase an International Money Order for the correct amount (I always pay the extra $5 for 'Fast' shipping) ... simple, safe, fast ... :smokin:
