im confused

waht are MARIJUANA TAX STAMPS????:confused:

Our government is...well crappy (if you live here in the US).


Some states decided, "...hey, our mandatory minimums and foolishly strict cannabis laws just arn't enough, especially for dealers! If you own more then 44g of cannabis, let's make it a law that you HAVE to buy stamps for your illegal product, and fix them on your illegal product. If you don't have em, say hello to tons of extra fines and possibly extra jail time! Next, we'll make sure it's not private, so if you buy any stamps so you won't break that law, we'll know you're a dealer. *EVIL LAUGH*"

Most states with these laws have upheld these unconstitutional laws (funny how the original MJ stamp laws were declared unconstitutional aroudn 1968 by the supreme court...) and continue to use them as a way to file additional charges on dealers. Luckily, a few states have declared these laws unconstitutional and at least grant the right to privacy, if not repealing the law itself.


Now for some creepy lyrics:

I wonder what would happen if someone walked into their local police station and was like, "Yeah, I need tax stamps for about 50 pounds of weed." ahahahaha. ... course, at $3.50 a gram (that's how much the 'tax' is in my state), that's kinda spendy, but it would be funny to see their reaction. :stoned:

so bottom line, tax stamps are not making it legal, all i needed to know, thought there was some hope for this country.
