where to get stealth growing units?

Hey,
I've seen alot of growing systems hydro possibly being sold in discrete things like pc cases mini fridges etc
does anyone know where or if they can be bought in uk? so far i've only seen them on sites in america(even ebay!) but would like a uk provider, so less worries on shipping etc

or are they a waste of time? not looking for insane yields, a few oz would be good, mainly for me and maybe a few friends.
