Good idea for a thread, Skink! Thank you, indeed. What a brave lot veterans and soldiers are. We owe them a lot of gratitude.

If you fall into either category, thank you for everything you've done or are still doing. I stand in awe of your accomplishments, your bravery, and your sacrifices.

yeah, they fought for our freedom of this great land and others as well. we should all be very thankful that these brave men and women did what they did for US.

selfless acts of gracious beauty... The Vet epitomizes the reason we are here!!!

Without them we'd not be living the life we are now, if we'd be living at all.

We remember those that braved war and fought for our freedom.

Dad was a veteran. This is him and my moms anniversary. RIP. Gots to spend some time with the mom today.
