Im PISSED!

I play spades at Hardwood. I love spades and I love playing there but I ran into a dickwade guide today. I have had Dro Princess as a screen name on there forever and tonight this asshole stripped me of my name. He said it wasnt allowed because it was a Drug reference ( I couldnt find that in the rules). My new name he gave me was Player 41150 thats fucking stupid. I have never talked about drugs on there I usually dont talk to no one I just play cards. So I ask him what was that bout and he said Im not going to talk to you here you can send a email to the owners. I told him it wasnt a drug reference and that I worked in a nursery and we grow some of our plants using hydroponics ( I know I lied but I have a point to make). He has a idea what my name means but he does not know for sure. I can understand if someone has a name that offended someone like I hate fat ppl but I feel he had no right to do that and talk to me like I am some kind of uneducated burn out loser. He didnt want to discuss it with me or anything he was a complete dick and really rude. What ever happened to ppl talking about a situation and then solving it together and being polite in the process. Im just really aggravated right now and wanted to vent.

It makes me even more pissed to know that I paid almost 30 bucks for the software for this online game for them to pretend they are my daddy and put me in time out. Its just a name and he doesnt know if I work in a nursery or not. What is he a walking dictonary he dont know for sure what I meant for my name to be. He only assumed and acted on it.

Personally, I think if you paid to play and they don't like your name, then they should at least let you choose a new name yourself, or refund your money for the game. But I'm pretty sure you give up the refund when you agree to the Terms Of Service that none of us actually reads.


On a side note, I know a guy who cheats at online card games with his online girlfriend. They get on the phone while they're playing and tell each other's cards.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, hackers and cheaters have ruined online gaming!

I could have had I Love Crack as a name. Would I have meant crack rock or ass crack he would not have known. Thats my point he dont know he only assumed .

I wouldn't be surprised if the Terms Of Service also says they can ban anyone for any reason.

Well Im just going to make my name over agin just write it differently. If I had a dick I would tell him to suck it.

I think it's funny that the word dro has such a negative stigma attached to it. The guy was a dick, and you should request a refund, or request to choose your own user name.

You could go with something like "purps princess", and they'd never know. :D

I would write a complaint. Every site I have been to blocks the words they don't want in peoples sn's. Maybe they did that and missed some of them. Opps, there fault not yours.

If you have the conversation saved or anything, and the guy was rude I would email the company and tell them you want a full refund and will never be playing there again. If they have good customer service techniques they may give you a month free or something. It tends to work about half the time.

Just be polite, don't curse, and make the email formal, and you have a shot at getting something from them.
