Ok, so I was wondering if anyone knows if weed can go bad. Let's say the pot is approximately 4 years old. There's 2 joints and they're inside of a small baggie. I'm thinking it's bad, but my friend wanted it when I told her I realized I had it. It's been in my dresser at my parents house since I was like 18, I just never had the time to use it, and then I moved off to college and forgot about it. I'm thinking it's garbage. Just wanted some opinions.
try it and see if it's good, it can't hurt to take a few puffs

THC degrades over time. But fuck, smoke it, as long as it isn't moldy, the worst thing that can happen is you don't get high. But you won 't get high by throwing it away either, so its worth a shot.
i smoked some who knows how old roaches with a friend of mine.he would ALWAYS save roachs in a baby food type jar so sometimes he would break out his jar full of roachs and break em up to put in the bong.then tell me about who he was probably smoking this joint with 10-15 years ago,and we would get baked every time
Yeah, I don't think they're moldy. But I haven't checked in a long while. I'll have to go get them next time I'm at my parents house. For now, I've got fresher weed. Yay! *a little blazed right now*
Wow.. I'm surprised it's still there! My mom would have done gone through all my shit after 4 years and found it.. lol.
I don't think the bud would be moldy if it hasn't been exposed to moisture. Heck, try it and find out. I would. :)
take a dry hit first and see how it tastes
