that's how they got caught ... a routine electric-company repairman on the lines, noticed he had tapped into the power line ... very dumb ... all he had to do was put a sign out front that would indicate he had a welding business, machine shop, etc ... Infact, i had contemplated trying to find that house and locate the guy on another trip to Tenn. i know it would have taken alot, but to be able to stand in the spot thoes pics wer taken would have been amazing, that was really a work of art the man had created in my opinion, everything was so nice and neat and on time.
