There's no way it's going to give a false possitive for THC, it just doesn't chemically make sense. What it may give a possitive for is opiates, because codein is a (milder) opiate. Don't try to pop 20 of them to get high though, T3's are full of acetaminophen which can be deadly at levels as low as 5 times the recommended dose.

I take Tylenol 3 a lot, I took it the morning of a drug test, it was out of my system, but yes, it may test positive for opiates, as it IS an opiate. Good luck!
