Drink tons of water, cranberry juice is good, and if you can stomach it, down a cup or two of straight vinegar.

And yes, no one can MAKE you take a drug test. Whay are they going to do, make you take a piss. I'd tell them no, piss in the tiolet and flsuh it all away.
