Get caught off guard by something, and then fear that your mental "trip" has been changed too much? Like your mood, your "vibe"...
If you have, (and I'll prolly get no replies to this thread, but I think to put it out there might help someone), you might find it comforting, and it will save you a lot of time, to simply tell yourself, to relax. The impermanence of the world, of your mind, of your moods is just something that happens.. Accept the impermanence.

then you find out you got a girl pregnant
from a one night stand
and you got two kids born in the same year from
two moms who used to be friends but now hate each other
and then they both get child support and your left smoking chronic
