I dont know what to do iam in grade 10 and i have a job but i wanna quit becuase it takes away every friday and saturday of my life or as long as i will work there, and i wanted to know if i should switch jobs for a week day job or if i should just keep it and not party on weekends? but i do get hella money for weed lol
damn man that sucks. trust me i know how u feel. i used to work at a movie theater until i found out that it is routine to get scheduled from 6 to 2 on friday and saturday nights. i got out of that bitch as fast as i could. and since i didnt want to do that 2 weeks notice bullsh*t i just started fuckin around on the job until my douchebag manager fired me.
ya id quit...friday and saturday ngith is what keeps me alive man...
Yeah you wanna quit now but once you realize that you have no cash flow your gonna want that job back. Just ask i you can switch your hours or maybe put off friends until after work. Where(what kind of store) do you work at anyhow? Just stcik with it until you can find another job or I will tell you now you'll regret it. Find another job before you quit.
man i work ata resturant and i do dishes, and its the same shedule every weekend 5-12 usually
I've always worked Friday and Saturday nights, it is when most buisnesses need high school kids to work. The thing you need to look for is a place that closes around 9 or so. I used to bag groceries in high school and would be out on the weekends by 9:30. Plenty early enough to do as I chose the rest of the night. But I would suggest looking for a place where they close early enough to where it doesn't runin your weekend. Unless you have a curfew and than 9:30 may be limiting your time severly.
