Q: Best Medium for bubbler???

What is the best grow medium for a bucket bubbler?

I would go with hydroton.

which is grow rocks I know, Just making it a little more clear...

i use 4"rockwool cubes and it´s working like a charm....i topped the cubes with hydroton to prevent algae and thats it, i had 3 original haze under a couple sets of fluoro tubes and the girls grow like mofos after 3 weeks this was the result....

I think thats mylar, not foil. Its for reflection. Dont use foil though, can cause hot spots. peace

stay away from coco...until you have more experience or forever.

Hydroton is all you need, but rockwool works great, if you can master it...in a bubbler it works great...I am doing grows with both methods...r'wool cubes in one 4 top bubbler and hydroton in netpots in 5 gallon buckets. goodluck
