grow room Leakage

Hey guys im setting up a veg/clone room, and im just seperating a small 4X8 room 1/2 veg 1/2 flower. I am 3 weeks into flowering, there is light coming through and because i use all mylar, it looks like alot more light is getting in. Now its really is not that much light and non of it is directly on the plants, i plan on running 4 cfl's 2 4' and 2 2'. i need advice on bulbs for veg also. I can see the plants but they look like shadows. I am not currently growing in the veg side yet, so there are no lights on, im trying to get this setup before i make my next move.
