I just drank a fat glass of weed tea bout to go to bed

Anyone else like a nice warm 'herbal' tea to help put you to sleep? I know it doesn't get you "high" if you don't use alcohol or something else to dissolve the thc, but goddamn does it taste good if you just make it with water and sweeten it with sugar (honey tastes better and is also helps you go to bed). And I swear some of the other cannabinoids must be water soluable cause everyone who drinks it swears it makes you drowsy but not so much high like a weed high, kinda like nyquill lol if you drink enough.

Anathema's Green Tea
----------------------
1 teabag
1 joint worth of schwag (even pretty shitty brick makes good tasting tea)
1 coffee mug
1 microwave
Sugar or Honey to taste

1.) Empty the teabag by pulling it apart carefully at the top where it is stapled. It should just be a long tube when you get done. Break the weed up and take out all the seeds. Stems are fine. Seeds are fine too really i guess, but still break it up pretty fine.

2.) Twist the top of the teabag together then use the string that comes attached to the bag to tie it off. (I'll post pics next time) Throw the teabag in the bottom of the coffee cup and fill it up with water almost to the very top.

3.) Put it in the microwave on high for about 2 - 3 minutes. The water should come to a boil and stay boiling for at least close to a minute. Pull the tea out and mash the bag with a spoon a few times. Let it steep for 3-5 minutes. The water will start to smell sweet and green and turn light olive green-greenish yellow. Keep mashing it with the spoon and stirring. If its pretty weak looking (it will never get dark, just darker clear green) either you need to put it back in for another minute or you didn't use enough weed.

4.) Add sugar or honey to taste and a couple ice cubes to cool it slightly. Drink it still warm and then go to fucking bed like I'm doiing

mostly everyone i've seen try it, does swear by it, i never really knew how much weed to use, but if it's only a j's worth, hell ima try it next time i get some weed... i have pretty much uncurable insomnia, and if this works to help put me to sleep, then i guess i found my solution...

I'm willing to give that a shot too. Except instead of a teabag, I have a tea spoon that you actually put the tea in, close and steep in the water.
I don't sleep well either anymore.

Its called a tea strainer for making loose leaf tea.

I could never get the dosage right with one of them and always fucked up, lol.

I'd have thought milk would have worked better. Make a normal tea with bud milk, that should dissolve more THC so its easier to abosrb for your stomach.
