Is this hydro kit worth the $

Yeah I'd say that's a pretty good deal

i actually have that same light its works and is good i guess, cant see much of a defference between balasts. i got it cheaper though but not in a package. If its got the stuff u need go for it. i personaly wouldnt use any of that stuff, but the light timer and mylar.
