anyone know where i can get hold of some good windows xp themes?

if you game on your pc (eg. WoW, dota, lineag(2), CS, bf2,etc.) it will lag your game. when you lag you get prawned, it am no fun.

Any advice on preventing (or at least minimising) lag?
