Need advice

Ok look:
I need to know if I cropped wrong or not
I pinched the third set of leaves off, each leaf at a time.
There were small, only about 2 weeks old, and I need to know if there going to die or not.. they look alright.. I know that they will stress, but will they live??
My smallest plant, only about an inch1/2 high, I did not pinch, its to small I thought, but help me out here.. when you pinch do you simply pinch the leaves off or the whole top of the plant as soon as the thrid set emerges..??

Advice would be appreciated..

itll be fine, it stops growing for 2 or so days after topping.
