Please help with a few questions...

Some of these may be dumb questions but I am trying to learn. I have a cabinet to grow 14 plants and for clones I also want to set up a 6X15 room and I'm in the process of insulating and hooking up electrical. Any comments from someone who has done this size with success.

I do not know if I am going to go sealed or what but I'll tell you what I have and you tell me what I should do.
Besides cabinet I have ceilings and enough 2mil mylar for the whole thing.
I have a 6" elicient 309 inline fan.
A coldwave portable spot cooler.

I am either considering a 48 plant ebb and grow w/ 4 1K or some sort of rotary garden.

Can I just run two registers in my basement into the room to cool? It is zones and all others in the basement will be capped.

Can Kool bloom be used in front of the fans instead of a co2 generator?
