ive just found some little white creepy crawlys munchin on my clones
any ideas what they are ?
and best "natural" way to get rid

sounds like thrips, pics would help. I'd use jalepeno sauce in water as a spray, spray all the undersides of the leaves daily. Hopefully you caught this early enough.

You should also consider investing in PEST STRIPS.. they work wonders on all bugs!
