Can I just take the seeds I get with my bag of weed and use those to grow, or is something lost in the drying process?

Yes you can use those. Pick the dark, mature ones...roll em around between your fingers to make sure its not cracked. Then read everything on this forum and you'll be all set.
No it's not a stupid question, you can use bag seeds for growing but if they are immature then probably not. Mature seeds should be brownish/blackish or dark grey, rarely plain. Most of the time they have black stripes going through the seed and it shouldnt be small, white and look like a minature onion but more like a fotball or oval type shape.
are you growing indoors?
if this is your first grow, I would RECOMMEND using bagseeds ... quite likely, you will screw up the first crop or two, like most of us, so it's best to lose a freebie crop, than high-dollar seeds $$$ ... :smokin:
yeh, bagseeds are like a box of chocolates......
...you know the rest...
Lol yeah, I am just always hoping that none of my bag seeds end up being a 10 ft Sativa plant. I can only afford for it to get to about 6 ft lol.Quote:
