went to the hospital for the chest pains.. and the doctor sed its cuz stress, depression and anxiety, and told me to go talk to a counselor or something, which i dont wanna do yet.. does anyone kno anything else i can do that wud help the anxieties go away

Smoke a joint and go for a walk in the park! It's a beautiful world out there and fresh air and exercise dispell depression. Do something to help others. Go volunteer at a soup kitchen, be a teacher's aide, pick up the trash on your walk, just do something good. Changing the world for the better, even in a tiny way, is good for your spirit. Know that things will get better. Always consider this low point as "rock bottom"- then there is nowhere to go but up! Gently go back through your memory and think of all the shit that has happened to you in your life--you survived ALL of THAT- you'll get through this too. You are stronger than you think. The expression on your face and the way you carry your body can affect your mood (there was a scientific study on it a while back). Smile and hold your head up. When you smile at others, it brightens their mood too. They smile at you and you feel good. The way you carry yourself affects how others treat you. Muggers, as an example, look at people's "body language" to help them pick a victim. Clerks are the same- a friendly, smiling, confidant-looking person gets better service than a "whimp/victim" type. What does your body say? What music are you listening to? Music can affect your mood. When the house has gotten really messy (4 adults), I do a nice sativa vape and put on belly dancing music or regae and just "dance through the work". It wouldn't work with a piece of heavy classical music. Pick your music to enhance your mood. Have a good life! :thumbsup: :dance: :)
