Iv got this thing about not lighting the whole bowl, but just an edjge of it so that theres still fresh green for anyone else im smoking with. More specificly, hold the lighter under the edjge of the bowl and suck it over. But my friend got pissed at this suggestion and thaught that I was just being dumb. My question is do any of you practice lighting just a corner of the bowl, as opposed to torching the whole thing from above?
if im low on weed, and wit my friends then ill corner it for my friends. but if i got like a eighth, fuck it ima torch it
Definitly a nice gesture but if u have the weed keep packing green on for anyone else who wants it
when passing the bowl around, we usually corner the bowl so more people can have a bit of a green hit
Yeah man, nothin' wrong cornering it. I smoke by myself, but I still corner all the time, I don't like to waste it just cause I have it. And on occasions I will torch it, and have lighten the thing on fire for a good 5 seconds (I was too busy hitting it to put it out) and I'm sure that wasted a few hits...makes it throw of smoke like a mofo!
If your friends don't mind though, and its not your weed, might as well torch it and waste their weed since they don't care.
i smoke the bowl like a rose, i just burn one petal thin piece at a time, and spiral towrds the center, my friends all do this and i learned this from them
i always corner the bowl, and it's almost always my weed too, so i do it just to be nice
We usually just pack snappers.
It's a nice thing to do, though, if you're packing fat bowls to go around. The true stoners are the considerate ones.
The idea would be not to over light the bowl so excess smoke escapes.. so cornering would be a good technique. You only have to hold the lighter on for a short period of time, a lot of people waste so much weed and dont even know it.
