Delaying payment

My friend wants to buy some weed through me, but I have to go to my dealer to get it. He doesn't have the money right now, but he'll have 30 tomorrow morning. He only wants a 20 sack but the other 10 is for the inconvienence.

He really wants the shit tomorrow morning before he heads off for vacation, so I can't tell him to just wait until 6 in the evening tomorrow for my dealer to get off work.

Do you think it'd be a good idea to ask for my dealer to give me a 20 sack, and then give him the money the next day?

I do it only with dealers i'm friends with.

I dunno if you can consider us "friends", as I've only bought from him about 2 or 3 times.

Use your own money, then get paid by your friend.

Whatever, if you trust the person you're buying for then go ahead and ask. As long as you have the money it won't be a problem.

That's the problem. I don't have any money. That's why I'm using my friend's.

I don't recommend borrowing money. I would get the $20 worth with your money, then try to sell it to the friend for $30, if the friend backs out or doesn't get the money (things DO happen), then you will at least have the stuff paid for so that you can turn around and sell it to somebody else (or just throw yourself a party with it). You don't want to be the customer that's running around not paying for shit - that just starts to look bad. It's unprofessional. Let your friend look like the ass that doesn't have the money yet.

Better PR, IMO, and safer.

See, I was wanting to use my own money to buy it, but I have NO money. I have 4.92 in my pocket, and that needs to last me until next Saturday.

I was thinking of just buying the weed, skimming some off the top, maybe taking 1/4 of the stash, and then giving him the rest for 30.

So he is giving you an extra ten bucks for the inconvience and than you are going to steal some of his weed? That sounds a bit harsh. Is the guy your getting it for your friend? If so that is really messed up.
