First time. Grow room set up....

Alright here's how my room is set up i have tin foil on the walls three plants with a 100 watt cfl beaming down about 1inch from each plant and a 24 " 75 watt grow light streched out about 3inches from each plant back side. Humiderfier And a Fan circulating. A couple of Gallons of c02 homemade sugar water yeast. How does this sound good or what? I think my foil paper isnt that good what is the best material to use for reflecting and how much is it? And where can i get it? I'm going to do a log real soon with pictures but i gotta get more batteries for my camera. Let me know what i can do to improve my growth. Oh they are in 5 gallon pots. Miracle gro dirt. And right now after two weeks i have the following 17cm 13 cm. and 10 cm The 17cm looks a little streched though? How can i improve the grow room?

buy mylar instead of tin foil. Its relatively cheap and you can get it at discounthydro.com

Mylar okay thanks. Is that the only place you can buy it from ? Or can you get it from stores to?

Oh and so i just went to Lowes to check on bulbs and prices and they had a 70 Watt MH bulb there that would fit my lamp and as well they had a 150 watt hps bulb that would fit my lamp and i new one i havent heard of this mecury vapor ???? is that any good for plants??? I already got the CFL's three of them and the plant grow light. And i'm looking to to get prolly 3 70watt mh's and at least 2 150 hps. But what lamp do i use for the bulbs need help on this one will a regular be suffiencent during 24/0 ??

u dont need a humidifier, i would keep the humidity between like 70-50% for veg and 50-40% flowering and mylar u can pick up at any hyrdo retailer. they got dif. sizes to.

Why no humidier i thought it was good for the leaves?

you cant just screw a(n) hps,MH, or merc vap into a normal socket you need the whole system, ballast, ignitor heavy duty socket.
