First prior business:

1. We now have 35 members, that puts us in the top ten for CRC participants. Excellent, thanks to all oldies and newbies that have joined. Special Thanks to LCFI, http://www.force-la.com/ Scott Frank, and LA DADS. AWESOME. You will note Scott got top billing as he is and has been more ACTIVE in assistance with our cause. Some in LA DADS and I have several problems related to the cause, ie, they could more whole heartedly have supported this issue as well as past interactions with the group. They wallow in putting bandaids on body parts while their representatives toss them a finger or a toe token part, imo. BUT, MAKE NO MISTAKE. THEY ARE STILL MY BROTHERS AND SISTERS, MY FAMILY. Nothing will change that. Any progress, any activism, any support toward Constitutional Rights makes you My Family. So occasionally I may get a little peeved, but those in My Family will always be noted in praise as well. (Child philo: If you yell when you'r peeved, MAKE SURE YOU YELL WHEN YOU'R PLEASED. Although, not the immaculate, more equal "encouraged", best scenerio, things seem to work out pretty well when that happens.)

2. Missing posts. My apologies to those effected. The posts were fine. However, one post could have been construed as "legal assisstance" which it most certainly was not. I try to protect those that are trying to protect rights. Possibly, I was being overprotective, my apologies, if that is the case. At this point, rather be safe than sorry.

Business at hand: Chat Meeting Objectives. ACTIVISM

1. Let everyone at least become familiar with each other. We are all family, sisters (sisters take this from a 'gender tissue' to a 'rights issue') and brothers, here and need to work toward that end.

2. Planned assembly for protesting. Protesters may wear masks for anonymity if they need. So feel "encouraged" to do so if needed. The media will not cover letters. The public can not read what is not printed. THEY NEED TO SEE US OR, IMO, WE ARE DOOMED.

A: Place. It has been decided the first STATEWIDE Protest will be in Baton Rouge (Shrevegator and a couple others will be coming in from the port. I know Treybien will ride his mule if need be to be there. I know several others that will be coming from Laffy) as it seems to be centrally located, the red stick was chosen. 3. Individual city/town/neighborhood commmunication groups need to be formed. N.O. will soon be represented. For activism on a parish/city level.

4. Those of you that have sent in your letter to Judge Feldman, please copy or reprint your letter and mail to me so that I may be sure you are officially entered as exhibits.
