I do pretty much exactly the same thing. Sometimes I'll even spark a bowl and then go run, which is interesting.
It's really one of the best things a smoker can do. Regular exercise helps to keep you in shape, counteracting the huge munchie sessions and hours of being locked to the couch, high as fuck. I also think it helps to keep my lungs relatively clearer than if I was just smoking and not exercising.
And of course, it's great inspiration to come back from a jog, tired, sweaty, and with that endorphin rush, and smoke a bowl. I keep myself running with the thought of my bong waiting for me at home.
I'm out all day why the fuck would I go run 4 miles at five in the morning, some people fucking astound me sometimes. I would do it in spare time in the day whatever, but ...... whatever..
I run a few miles a week, workout a few times a week and submission wrestle several times a week. My cardio is above all of my peers in that region.Quote:

There is a mountain behind my house and behind there is the ocean, so hiking up the mountain and smoking on top is actually very chill and i enjoy that, plus you get exerise out of it.
