Seed Order Seized

I ordered some seeds on 9/19 from Dr. Chronic and received the package today (10/05). Sadly the package was sliced open and taped shut with that ever so maddening green U.S. Customs tape. I got the typical "NOTICE OF REMOVAL" instead of my seeds...not really a fair trade. :confused:

I have to be a little critical of Dr. Chonic's packaging. If you are going to send something in a CD Jewel Case...maybe try and make it weight as much as a CD case with disc & booklet. I can't help but think a form factor envelope with a custom declaration thats says it is a "CD" that weights 0.1kg and is worth "0" might raise suspicion.

Oh well...theres $50 down the drain. I think ill wait a little while and try another vendor.

That's crazy dude. I just got my Dr. Chronic seeds yesterday just fine. Sorry to hear of your shitty luck. Don't let it get you down.

I live in the Midwest and had the exact same problem... at first. I ordered seeds from Dr. Chronic around September 1st and they "came" around September 16 but customs nabbed them in their (horribly disguised) CD case. I had originally overpaid 25 dollars anyway because I downgraded my order after I sent the money. I at first told Dr. Chronic it was cool that I overpaid, but when they got nabbed I asked him if I could get some 17 dollar nirvana seeds because I overpaid and would like atleast something to show for it.

I explained the situation to him, and he went a step above. He sent me the 17 dollar nirvana seeds and the feminine Skunk 11 seeds I had originally ordered :). They came in a very well disguised business envelope, and you literally had to rip open with all of your strength this thin piece of cardboard in which the seeds were kept. No idea why DC didn't originally package them this way, but oh well.

Just e-mail him and he'll most likely resend your beans.

Ive only ordered from Dr. Chronic twice but I got both orders in exactly one week, west coast. I'm sure it's just an odds game...some get seized but shitloads get through.

Yeah, as if the odds of the FEDs reading my post and taking the time and energy to alert customs aren't low enough, telling customs "look out for business envelopes, they may contain marijuana seeds" will change anything.
