hello dont know how to do this really..1st time posting a thread

is mh bulbs the way to go if u are just trying to keep yourself up? i have read alot.....alot online and im more confused than when i started

what i heard is..
hps is good for veg where mh is good for flowering, which is all i know about lights in a nutshell.
you should keep reading, things will start to get repetitive and you'll get the giest (sp?) of it.
