I was curious if anyone has ever used their health insurance to get a Rx for MMJ? I live in Long Beach, CA.
One other question...
If I were prescribed MMJ, could I travel out of the state with my Rx without harrassment from local state authorities from other states. And what if it is another state that offers MMJ, could state police harrass me?
your marijuana recommendation is NO GOOD ... it is a 'recommendation', NOT a prescription ... no insurance company or health organization will recognize it ... while your own state may overlook enforcement, the Federal Laws are unaffected, and you WILL be prosecuted if arrested by a Federal entity ... also, other states, for the most part, will not recognize another state's 'recommendation' ... it would be entirely up to an arresting officer's discretion, whether or not he chooses to enforce the law ... marijuana is ILLEGAL . period. (I am a CA med-user, with recommendation, and I realize I'm in the same boat as you) ... :smokin:
