Is memetics a religion?

but here is my report i compiled today on memetic engineering.
i use it to train my ninjas.
so that means im a religious leader if yout ink about it in another sence....

After a mems purpose is rationally created,
then the internal mem's purpose becomes a memetic pole, and the external mem becomes the negative or postive pole.
Variating on the mem.
"The ideal mem is internally positive."

All of these memetic stats are going to be uploaded into your memetic mother board.

and in your brain as you all know.....
There is short term memory, mid-term memory, and long term memory.
im going to catorgorize this file system into the format of:

<li> Long term mem access
<li> Eternal mem access??????!!!!!!! pssh who the hell knows........
