You may feel that a ban is needed, however it is not the way to go about raising an "issue". The member in question just recently joined.. and the comments although offensive do not justify banning him.
That's why the infraction system is in place.
Repeat offenders are removed...not people that have just joined and simply don't know any better.
Sorry.. there's no reason to keep this open, no reason to continue talking about it.. and not enough reason to ban anyone. Thank you for brining it up though..
