cheap detox or a lie?

a friend of mine is on probation for selling bud, and hes smokes almost every day. he gets drug tests, but he said if you drink 2 liters of water with one tablespoon of chlorine in it, its a cheap detox. i guess hes lying about the tests or it really works cause he aint locked up. has anyone ever heard of this before?

man, i dont know. but i know from personal experience that if you put 1/8 of a cup of bleach into your urine after you piss in the cup it will be clean. no joke
