I think you are talking about Jiffy pellets(pucks). They work well for clones aswell. As for soil, others use Pro-mix, black Gold, even miracle grow. If you bought 1 of these soils, I would also advise using vermiculite or perlite. Make sure you get a ph test kit with ph up and down. You want your soil's ph(potential Hydrogen) to be inbetween 5.8-6.5. If your soil is lower than that you can correct it by using dolomite lime(garden Lime) to raise ph level. Also make sure your temp is around 80 degrees and you have good air flow throughout the grow room. Read, Read ,Read. I have read alot, learned from things I fuked up and got 1 female and she produced an ounce even though her soil was acidic with a pH of 4.5. You'll learn from mistakes. Just dont over feed or over water. Let em grow and talk to them.
ill sing to the phuckers if they will just go im readin as much as i can im kinda the superviser the real green thumb knows alot more then me -=P
If you're referring to the peat pellets, be careful they don't dry out cause they're known to do that. You may have to stay on top of them with water in a warm room environment.
