first time grower all info needed.

i dont kno much so all info is welcome, if i got a tube light how much wattage would i need to start out or wut would be a type of light to get.

for flowering do i really need a 400 hps light or can i get away with less.

i need a lot more information so if u know something i should know, it will be appreciated.

Alot depends on how much investment you want to put into your project? where are they growing? box? room? size?
Do you want big buds or can you get away with less? :)
